4 Week Fitness Challenge
Kick Start is a short, team-based fitness challenge designed to help people build momentum, discipline, and consistency at the start of the year.
This is not a gym competition and you don’t need to be fit to join.
It’s about showing up, training together, and finishing strong.

4-week challenge
Mixed Teams of 3 people
Weekly group training session
Functional, approachable workouts
Optional extra training with your team
Graduation night at the end of the challenge
Kick Start is intentionally short and achievable to help people stay engaged and finish well.
TRAINING COMMITMENT (IMPORTANT)
There will be one compulsory group training session each week, held on Thursday night.
All team members are expected to attend the Thursday sessions
Any additional training during the week is optional and self-organised
Consistency matters — this is not a casual drop-in challenge
SCORING & FAIRNESS
Kick Start is not judged by kilograms lost.
Teams are scored by average body-fat percentage reduction across all three team members.
Measurements are taken at the start and end of the 4 weeks
This helps keep the challenge fair across different body types
The focus is on real, sustainable progress — not extreme dieting
PRIZES
$600 first place prize
Second and third place prizes increase as more teams enter
The more teams that register, the bigger the total prize pool
GRADUATION CEREMONY
At the end of the 4 weeks we’ll hold a graduation ceremony where we:
Celebrate everyone who completed the challenge
Announce prize winners
Share testimonies
Give people an opportunity to connect further
Finishing together is a key part of Kick Start.
Kick Start is run by Anchor Fitness, a community-based fitness initiative focused on building consistency, connection, and momentum through simple, functional training.
